Tulane will definitly put some points on the board vs Navy, I would like to see the line drop a little though.

Uath State is by far the better team in the matchup, I will have to check some stats on the game, but I would on play Utah State here

Tulane

Agree strongly with the Thulane play,
it's right behind our Conference GOY
this week in strength.

Tulane -15.5 3:30 pm STRONG PLAY
We mentione a few weeks back that we
would continue to ride the Green Wave.
Our second favorite play of the weekend
features one of the systems that gave us our
easy BLOWOUT GOY winner LW with the
Mountaineers. This potenet system produces
blowouts at an amazing rate, 48-15-1 S'90 .
In fact, 44 of the games have been decided by
18+ pts while 37 of the play against teams have
been held to 14 pts or less. The system is 42-3-1
if the play on team scores 28 points or more.
Here's where we'll note that in Navys 6 losses,
they have allowed 46, 17, 48, 43, 49, & 65.
In Tulanes 4 wins, they have scored 35, 35, 52
& 34. This is a great situation, as we think the
Green Wave will win this game, which should
get us the cash as well.

My numbers indicate UL-Monroe should be favored here. The question is whether the new coach will tank non-conference games in the middle of the conference schedule the way Keasler used to. I'll be on UL-Monroe for the third straight week.
