TV Show "For Love or Money"

i completely agree with her taking the money and leaving the guy...


but... to throw all her winnings away for a double or nothing plot to get another guy...:shrug:

I happened to catch that show because for some unknown reason my wife was watching it. What I don't understand about these shows is how can these people be "In Love" after a few dates.

I can't help but think the fix is in though. After winning a million bucks why is she so eager to risk it?

The lock of the year is that she gets paid no matter what the outcome. There is no way anyone is stupid enough to let it ride right after they busted up the other person's million.

Although I usually get sucked into watching all these reality shows because my g/f cannot get enough of them ... she actually did not watch this one at all.

What are you guys saying happened? I figured whoever won would choose money over the guy. Because even if you liked the person, you could take the money and run and then decide to date the guy later. There is nothing the show could really do about that.

Lightning my thoughts exactly. I never watched the show myself except for the last half of the last episode. It seemed kind of sappy to me. But the guy picked a girl who took the money. Of course the other is heart broken because she really loved this guy and would not have taken the money! (yawn)
Then came the swerve. They offered the girl with the million bucks a chance to keep the million or play all over again only she gets to pick the guy. She gets two million if the guy picks her or loses it all if the guy goes for the million.
