This forum seems about evenly split on this game tonight...here are some stats...

Clemens [17-9 with a 3.91 ERA this year] is 2-0 this post-season with a 2.08 ERA. Lifetime he is 8-8 being 1-1 vs. the BOSOX...

Martinez [14-4 with a 2.22 ERA this year] was 4-0 post-season before the game three fight scene... He is 1-0 with 1.38 ERA in 2 starts this year at Yankee Stadium...Martinez, is a career 9-8 against New York in the regular season, but says he isn't nervous heading into the most important start of his career...

BOSOX are 4-0 when facing elimination this post-season...they are 3-3 on the road in post-season this year, while the Yanks are 2-3 at home...RHP Scott Williamson has saved all three Boston wins in the series.

Yankees -- New York has not lost a best-of-7 series in which it led 3-2 coming home since the 1926 World Series against St. Louis. ... 1B Giambi is batting .190 in this series. He struck out Wednesday with two on, ending the fourth, struck out with runners at second and third with one out in the sixth and struck out again leading off the ninth.

The Over/Under is very interesting - only one game has been what I call a high scoring game...last night's 9-6 game...the fisrt 6 games have totalled 7, 8, 7, 5, and 6 runs...

Playing it this way...

1. Boston/NYY Under 7.5 [2 units at -105] - both Clemens and Pedro will leave nothng in the bag tonight...

2. Boston [1 unit at -115]: the Rangers broke their curse of many decades...so why not the Bosox tonight...looking for Wakefield and Williamson to close it out, at 4-2 Sox...

Good luck...
