Like the Os to sweep the Mariners. Cabrera a much better pitcher than Silva..plus the Os are a vastly superior hitting team. I don't care that this would be an away team sweep...the Os are a very solid club and only if there starting pitching was a bit better they'd be a contender...but today, they actually have the better starter too...Os 8, Mariners 2

Like the Nats to sweep the Reds..don't like this one as much as the Os but do think this is payback for the Reds sweep of the Nats a couple of weeks ago..don't like the Reds w/o Griffey...the Nats park is bigger than Cinn and you see the Reds with warning track power except for the big lefty bopper but he's going up againt a lefty today..Nats have an entirely new look..fast and contact hitters, better bullpen will win this one..Nats 5 Reds 4

Like the Phils to beat the Cards..two starters that are hittable, just like the Phils lineup a bit more and their pen is much better...Phils 7, Cards 5

Like the Dodgers over Diamondbacks..Johnson has been around for awhile..solid but unspectacular starter..usually gives you 6-7 innings...Diamondbacks not such great hitters...Davis is infinitely hittable and he will get hit by the improved dodger lineup...look for the Dodgers to get 5-6 off of Davis and win going away..Dodgers 8, Ariz 3.
