Typical 2 team teaser odds and O/U points?

I have a local that runs everything through a site and they charge -110 on a 2 team teaser. No other outlet I've used through the years charged juice on a teaser. What is typical for the marketplace? What do you get?

I have another local that only moves totals 4 points in a teaser. I know years ago this was common, but don't most places let you move a total 6 points?

I don't play a lot of teasers but obviously these restrictions limit my options. Just curious what others deal with.
