if he gets to fight then you can say that the casino's do run this state,it looks like it is going to be a no vote.

if it is a yes its casino money, watching on court tv.i know mgm is banking very hard on this,it will be a hurt to them if its a no vote,a very big hurt.

will know who runs this state in the next few mins or so,mgm is sweating bullets right now.

unreal at the last moment tyson attorny tried to pull his lic. request which you can do if the nvac says ok ,then he could reapply later, but the shot down request and voted 4-1 against letting him fight in nv.

now he is banned for life mgm and hbo and others just took a major shot, and so did vegas.

there probley won't be a fight no-one will put up the money mgm did,and dont think either will fight for a few mill. dont even think any other state will take the chance of him fighting in their state.

if it goes over seas it wont make hardley anything, this was a major shock and word out here is a warrent will be served in the near future for rape, and that is from a good source.

just will have to wait and see,he is really pissed now.

this guy belongs in a straight jacket, not making 20 million to fight....I say screw him, I know he is a draw, but for all the wrong reasons.... hope he never gets to fight again or at least not make that kind of money for it....

yes but this cost vegas over 200 mill for the week and trust me people needed that, now you will see some more cut backs ,this is a big hit for people who were counting on it,since convenations are still slow, your people that work for tips and things will get hurt because it would of really helped them because they are down and lot of families both work at the resorts around town and at least 1 out of 4 families has lost a job,so from that stand point i hate to see it not go,but others will come again it just takes time and people will get their jobs back,

Not a shocker. Disappointing, but I'm used to that from Mike and boxing as well.

I see where you're coming from fletcher, being a Vegas resident. Had he just acted normal last week this would have been a moot point. I hate Tyson and think he is bad through and through. I just hate it that Las Vegas needing the revenue and 5 fat cats decide to take somewhere between 100 & 300 million out of the hands of the community. I do feel from that standpoint it was a bad decision. Before 9/11 I wouldn't give a rats ass but right now Resort areas are hurting and to take that kind of money away was wrong.

Sorta like Charles Manson's parole hearings. Poor guy never gets a fair shot!

Could have been so many folks sick of paying high price for these matches that are more hype then fight. It may never had made what everyone thinks. Many folks won''t travel right now for any reason. It's to bad for all the little guys that get hurt. Not sure if Mike even earned the chance. Some other guys have been trying hard to have there chance. But they seem to pull no money in. I gave up on Mike after the ear biting. I hope they get him for rape again. I thought he was so special years ago. Guy had world by the ass and screwed it up but good. Just seems to hurt some body some how all the time. Like you said Fletch all the little folks get it in the butt.
