on that big of difference in the moneyline, I would probably opt for the Under 9.5 +135

somewhere i have the notes to calculate which play is the best mathematically, but in a case like this where the disparity of price is so great i would definitely play for the positive money.

btw, i would also be wary of playing an under in a game with gary cederstrom behind the plate.

as an afterthought, consider how many times the total will reach 10 in the form of a 5-5 tie and you lose the push anyway.

Personally, I have never liked the idea of buying onto an even number in a baseball total.

5-4, and you have a winner, but that extra run, is worth two if it goes to 5-5, and both bets would be toast.

A .45 swing is pretty substancial, for a half run.

I would need to know which game, for a complete oppinion, but as a general rule, I would take the extra money, over the extra half run, when it is that big.

I dont like the under here. Both teams have been wacking the ball around, bullpens shot. Take a peek at Cinn/Milw under.
