Well,

Bet the friggen Huskies tonight!

This should be in the neighborhood of 12-15 points. Last at prov. Ct shot 50+% to 29% for Prov. They will win the boards by 10 + tonight and I, along with Jim Calhoun, arguably, believe that the second best defensive player on the court will be Linehan ( Emeka Okafor is best) ESPN2..watch...............

CT has too much firepower for Providence and are looking to step up the production tonight! Calhoun has been critical of recent play by Caron Butler......Look for a big one from him.....and Tony Robertson says big mouthpiece he had to wear (after Miami elbow from Stoudemire loosened teeth) screwed up his game. He's a Providence boy who wants a big one.

Last 4 Ct by 7, 15,13,14

Now, I just get the local feel that CT wants to get back in the 80s tonight after 2 TOUGH, low scoring, road losses to Rutgers and Miami.Johnnie Selvy is playing better but I dont know if thats good. When he's shooting jumpers, something is awry with the rest. I'm lookin for 3 pointers from Ben Gordon and Tony R (46%) in last game v Prov...........solid play in the frontcourt and a double digit W at home.

we'll see
good luck!

Mistake.............Damned Right!

Talent is there to play with ANYONE!
Team is still young! Will get better! Even now they can play with anyone.....but sometimes erratic!
Can you believe how good this kid Emeka Okafor could be if he hangs around...........Ben Gordon .......shyoot those are the freshmen.
Problem is that sometimes the point plays like an out of control freshman.....and turnovers hurt the wallet but i'm sticken with Taliek.........
Butler gets a lotta attention every time out there and he deserves it but play has been subpar, for him,of late.
I,d like to see a little more Hazleton................. but they are definitely not gonna be an easy out for ANYONE. Should be a lot better than Fryars tonight.................Caesar.....I think we collect!

Caesar,

Good call to forget the over here............can you believe 11 points at the half for Providence. Big East is getting very defensive. Toughest D I've ever seen CT play and it really got Providence a little flustered with their shooting. Now, can they win the second half.......................Would love to see them put 2 halves together and put this one out of reach early.

good luck
