I think this will be a close one, so I'm hedging my bet with the pk option in case they are tied in regulation. I would go straight France as I like them a lot here, but they are susceptible in the back with strong attackers, and Ronaldo certainly is one of those. I can see him making something happen, and Portugal playing it safe early to get the pressure squarely on France later in the game. If that's the case, France could have trouble scoring early, which is normal for them in this tourney. I do think they pull it out in the second half - the crowd and country will be something else today... it would be nice to see for them.
