Unless something changes between now and Sat night I'm going to hammer Nelson. I think he can keep the fight standing and if he does he should be able to outwork Werdum. Getting him as a small fav is just a bonus.

I don't see Werdum getting Nelson down unless he gasses badly, and if he does get Nelson down I think Nelson is more than equipped to survive.

On the feet Werdum has decent strikes and is probably a better technical striker but I think he is going to be concerned about the right hand of Nelson and as a result will appear tentative with his striking.

The Barao/ Jorgensen line has my attention. I believe this is Barao's first introduction to a NCAA Division 1 wrestler - and a solid 135 pounder at that

For a super bowl card this card is terrible. I guess i will catch it Sunday morning. Is there really anything worth watching besides the top of the card? The superbowl cards are usual fantastic. :facepalm:

As ppabart says....you do have a bunch of pricks on the card. Not to mention the scumbag team surrounding Gracie. Lots of assholes will be surrounding the cage.

Just so use to having a blast the night before the Superbowl watching some great MMA. Not sure what is going on here. I think it is time to send Joe Silva out to pasture. If Munoz didn't get hurt last Saturday that might have been the worst card yet. How no 155ers were on it is beyond me. Haven't we saw Maia against wrestlers the last two years and saw all terrible matches? Did Silva think this time it was gonna be good to have him in there with another wrestler. The Rashad Match i give him a pass cause that is how that one shook out. The Bisping Sonnen fight was a good one but ilike i said if Munoz doesn't get hurt watching Munoz and Sonnen go at it wouldn't be worth watching. It would have made that card awful.

Boy i hate betting a guy blind but should anyone in the world be almost a 3 to 1 dog against Matt Riddle? I got to find some info with Riddles opponent. I see he is 8-1 but what does that mean. He is a jackson fighter which is good. Matt Riddle shouldn't be a 4 to 1 favorite over my mother.
