Fight Card
--------------------------------------------------------------------

Chris Weidman vs. Anderson Silva
Ronda Rousey vs. Miesha Tate
Josh Barnett vs. Travis Browne
Fabricio Camoes vs. Jim Miller
Diego Brandao vs. Dustin Poirier
Uriah Hall vs. Chris Leben
Michael Johnson vs. Gleison Tibau
Manny Gamburyan vs. Dennis Siver
Siyar Bahadurzada vs. John Howard
William Macario vs. Bobby Voelker
Estevan Payan vs. Robert Peralta

Chris Leben odds are sooooooooooooooooooooooo tempting:eek:

I think the odds on Leben are crazy:eek:

Uriah Hall is lucky to even be in the UFC and is under a TON of pressure now, he has been a massive bust. I can't think of a guy in the history of UFC that has come with more hype that has been a big a bust as Hall? Very interesting fight though, will Hall finally do something:shrug:

Chris Weidman odds closed at +150 at most books when he knocked out Anderson. Odds right now around +140, that is fucked up! I have not heard one fighter or one MMA journalist say Weidman will win. And Weidman knocked him out the last fight:142smilie

And there are many that say Weidman won't last two rounds, WTF?

I said Weidman would beat Anderson and he did, and guess what he will beat him again, Weidman is pissed he's the champ and nobody is giving him respect. It is comical that Weidman is the guy that has something to prove, and he knocked Anderson out:confused:

MMA is funny sometimes.

I was on Weidman the first time but this time I'll be very large on Anderson. I didn't think Weidman looked that good in the 1st fight. I just thought Anderson got caught clowning around. This will be my biggest bet in a few years unless something happens between now and the fight.

Totally agree layinwood.Even if Weidman wins, you've got to think Anderson takes this fight very seriously and we see his best. I'm thinking we see Anderson/Sonnen 2 all over again. At these odds, I have to see if Anderson shows up and fights 100% no clowning around. If it loses, I'll be the first to congratulate Weidman backers, but I'm not going against a pissed off Silva (even if Chris was +500)!

Anderson Silva (-160)
$80 to win $50

Added- Peralta fight will NOT go the distance (-140)
$56 to win $40

I like Weidman...

to get the KO of Silva, he had to wear down anderson a bit, pounded his chin and showed the champ he was in a real fight

he can only improve, anderson will get older and his confidence will not be the same which made him almost invincible in his previous 12 title defenses

Overall 57-42 +55.94 units

Opinions 18-19 +2.75(always .5 unit)

Silva -160 7units

Biggest MMA play I've made in a few years. I watched the fight a few times now thinking I might change my mind but it never happened. Like I said before, I was on Weidman the first time but I can remember thinking he wasn't as good as I thought he was going to be. IMO he doesn't have the quickness to fight Anderson. I think Anderson KOs him early in this fight.

I do worry the invincibility factor is gone now.

:nono:don't worry about invincibility factor. Silva is going to win. I don't even think it will be close. He did get caught clowning and now will be determined. I'm all over -160 but not biggest bet for me. Rousey will destroy Tate. Just cant lay outrageous number. Tate can punch but Rouseys Judo will be the difference. She'll probably get Tate with my namesake Juji-gatame like all the rest.:popcorn2

Robbie Peralta def. Estevan Payan via knockout (punches) ? Round 3, 0:12

Payan wins 1st two rounds and Peralta needs a stoppage in third round to win, and he does just that.
