andre arlovski -400 2$$.

he is a couple of classes above buentello, and in the off chance the fight gets tough, he can just take him down and submit him, should be over in the first round.

bet your own unit size on this, as always not going to extremes.

i gotta say..if you just look at arlovski and buentello,you`d think they put a killer in with a dishwasher....

but,arlovski`s been stopped by strikes 3 times in 11 bouts....although,he appears to have improved dramatically....

but,buentello...despite having a body like a poker player(lol),is also on an incredible roll....and he`s very good with his hands...

if i can wheedle a +375 or 400,i`ll probably take buentello for a small wager...a puncher`s chance....


sobral looks the the play for me.....but,i need something to parlay him with.....

arlovski's been stopped 3 times, in his mma debut, and then by ricco rodriguez and pedro rizzo, and while being stopped isn't good, that's a long time ago back when those two were in the top tier of fighters, buentello's still not in that class and arlovski's much better now. he'll handle his business, this is a classic 'look at our champion' bout that ufc and pride put on until they can secure a bigger bout.

maybe not the smartest move...but,it was creative(lol)...

and isn`t joe riggs gonna step into the ring at around 200 pounds on friday night?....the guy should have a substantial size advantage over serra....

he was 300 lbs awhile back,i think...

Sakara dominates 1st rnd and gets kicked in nuts 2nd rd, taken to hospital.. no idea whats the decision but he deserved the win for sure...
5 fight parlay would be a hit depending on Sakara outcome.. I should find another book..

my one loser tonight was the small dog play on buentello...but,the way it went down was worth talking about...

that was a picture perfect counter right hand from arlovski....buentello made the mistake of drawing his right hand back after jabbing...just a bit...and arlovski dropped the hammer straight from the shoulder...ala joe louis...


doesn`t take much oomph on a shot when you pivot and turn your body with the shot...six inches...and goodnight...

i was seriously impressed by that punch...text book....

and i was impressed by buentello`s willingness to stand in the pocket....that was his only shot...arlovski was more technically sound...and a tad quicker....

buentello did what he had to...arlovski did it better...thus,there`s your 4-1 favorite...

it was short...but it was like a course in boxing 101....
