Cant wait to start that Thread! :)

Will have lots of fresh news for those of you who already put some $$$ on GSP tonight. I can already tell you that i will make my biggest wager ever in UFC fight on GSP! Lines keep going down but i expect people to bet more on Hughes later on this week so hopefully i will get a +150 and more on GSP before showtime! ;)

Monson might surprise Sylvia i think but i would prefer better odds....

Anyone seen some lines for MIR vs VERRA? Like Verra there...

oh and Mir sucks ass now......I don't care who Mir fights I'd always bet on the other guy.....I think I'd take my grandpa over Mir :mj07:

I've changed my opinion of the Silvia Monson fight. I think Silvia wins it although I won't be playing it.(can't stand Silvia and I refuse to have to pull for him) I think the height difference will be too much, even on the ground.

Vera is probably the best best on the board IMO.

More than likely, depending on the odds, I'll be on Sakara and the guy against Joe Stevenson.

Saturday is going to be a great day. Mich Ohio st to start it off and then the fight of the year to finish it.

There will be lots of people pulling for GSP, I think the only people cheering for Hughes will be those that bet on him. I mean GSP is the nicest guy on the planet, how could ya cheer against him :shrug:

Be curious to see how many in the crowd will be cheering for Hughes, I'd say not many......especially with how much of a dick Hughes has been acting like :SIB

True he is very nice and not a dick head but.... playing in california.... Dont know... Might have lots of Hughes supporter... :shrug: If it goes to decision, just hope to not see him getting robbed...

When you see odds for the whole cards, please, let me know!

Was unable to post last night the fresh news but here it is: I will try to translate you a resume of an article GSP post on RDS in french 3 weeks ago. I have learned interesting facts.... By the way, the line on him is dropping fast! :scared Now at +125 in most places. I hope Hughes fans are gonna manifest soon to move up the line as i havent made my big bet yet... :tongue

So here is a translation, according to my best! :) about what he wrote in summary....:

Might play Tibau, +437 is a lot higher than I thought it would be.

Don't forget that new powerhouse from NJ plays at 745 on ESPN Saturday night. Gonna rent this (ufc)one for sure. I hope to god Silvia gets taken down by this guy. If i have to see one more guy box him all night im gonna shoot myself. Its like these guys who try to box Liddel. Even tho Liddel is good on the ground he sure is hell is better on his feet.

joey the oddsmaker at pinny was in a thread earlier saying how he thought monson was a live dog....

personally,that height differential is way to significant and i think it would take a major meltdown from silva for monson to take him down.....

`cause,that`s what`s gonna have to happen for monson to win this fight....and i`m not seeing any real significant wins on monson`s resume....

this is a huge step up...the guy lost to forrest griffin a few years back....

they have him listed at 6`0" tall at fight finder....that`s easily 2 to 3" off....

silvia`s a huge beast...

that said,i played a small monson/gsp parlay..lol

So.... what do you think of Mishima at +217 vs Stevenson? Why are you "against" Stevenson? Is he injured or it is his attitude? Form? :shrug:

1837, I'm going to be on Mishima because of the price. I'm worried it will be 3 rounds of Joe smothering him but I think there's a good chance Joe makes a mistake and gets subbed.

I'm probably going to put Silvia in a parlay. It could be a boring fight but Silvia should jab him to death.


I freaking can't wait. The BJ-Hughes fight was the first in a while that I have been on my feet for(end of 2nd round), I hope that this one is the same way.

HMMM, I don't like the fact that Vera is only -312 now. If it moves much more, I'll buy back my bet and take my small loss on the difference. If Mir is in shape then he can be a beast. That's a big if though, but for the line to move down like this makes me wonder.

Ok, line now at +110 at most places but still at +118 at Pinnacle so i am not longer waiting anymore as this line keeps dropping...


Biggest bet in UFC for me: GSP +118 (10 units!) :scared :SIB

Let's go GSP, bring home the bacon.... :SIB
