Thought I would start a thread for picks only.
So much discussion in other thread.
I will start it:

Parlay:
Anderson Silva(-150)
Sean Sherk(-250)
Nog(-600)
Kenny Florian(-300)
Chris Lytle(-400)
200 wins 896.36

Only worried about Florian so I play this to cover it.
Parlay:
Robinson(+220) over Florian
Lytle
50 wins 145

UPSET PARLAY:
Nickels over Bonnar
Robinson
Marquardt
10 wins 400

Working on straight plays.

As of now
Went with Nog risking 1800 to win 300. Its money i won so if i lose so be it. I can't see him losing his debut while already beating this guy two times. I rarely do things like this but it looks to solid to me. Now hopefully he doesn't come in the ring with an injury.
Went with Silva risking 420 to win 300.
Went with Tito risking 460 to win 400. Im thinking of bagging the Tito bet and taking the juice loss. Not sure yet.
Now these are bets i took with my book which i have the money to burn. My home book i just took Silva small. No guts to lay the juice on Nog.

Like the plays Sponge.
After seeing the weigh-ins, Rashad looks nervous and smaller than I remember.Tito overpowers him.
Like Big Nog,but cant play those odds.Heath is hungry and knows what to expect.Still think Heath either taps or losses decision.

TITO(-115) for 230.
SILVA(-150) for 150

Keg, i think im keeping my Tito bet. He looked in great shape cardio wise in my opinion. To me all this cardio stuff is way overratted because you better have some skills along with it but with Tito it looks like he is serious. I know he is always in good shape but the way he is cut just makes me feel a little better. By the way my Nog bet dropped to 5 to 1 where i bet but went up everywhere else i checked:shrug: . I swear they break my balls doing this because three hundred was the max bet when i put it in. Good luck tonight. With any luck this has to be better then that awful boxing match.

Scalped my Tito bet taking Evans at +120 to pick up an easy 20 bucks. Just went back and forth to much for my liking. Nog fights first and its gonna be a long night if i lose this one.

That will be my last high line Ufc bet. Good thing the other guy didn't want to hurt him that bad or he is the worst finisher in the UFC. How you don't finish that off:shrug: is crazy. Guess he was gassed or something. Like to hear him at least say something instead of running out of the ring.

Sherk is dominating this fight badly. Hermes rocked him with a knee in rd 2 but that was about it. In rd 1 he had him a guilitine after he got slammed but sherk got out :scared This has been 4 rounds of ass kicking.. yoiu can watch it on sopcast if you would like

Nice job Keg. I think we both have to feel real fortunate Nog didn't get beat. Especially me. Boy why that other fella didn't finish it was just amazing. Like a deer in the headlights.

Good night.
2 straight UFC's where all the favs did their job.
Nog did scare me.Thought the ref was going to step in then Herring asked to stand him up.
Dumb mistake.I wont even mention early 2nd round by Herring.

Everyone here that I watched the fights with said it was 'rigged'

Not sure myself, but very *VERY* peculiar how he didnt capitalize on that kick and then his leneancy in the early 2nd round... WTF?

Nobody here had a dime on it either way, but still... wierd. Especially since the same guy has already beaten you twice before. Comes out wobboly in the 2nd and you act like its sparring you best friend?

Ehhh...
Um.....

Yeah.

well it wasn't rigged...........but.......Herring needs to get his eyes checked.....or his corner needs to be shot.........I mean his corner should have been screaming at him...or at the very least in-between rounds telling him that the guy was rocked....I mean HELLO :scared

Yeah.

The problem i have with it is why when something like this happens and looks so dam suspicious the guy who does it always runs out of the ring without being interviewed? Not sure if anyone of us is a MMA fighter in here and i know im not but it sounds like we all would have tried to finish this but this guy felt it was better to let him just get a second wind. Thank god he did for my sake. Un like a lot of people i wasn't that impressed with Sherk. Not saying he is overrated but how do you time and time again get hit with the same knee and fall into the same choke? If BJ stayed at 155 i have to believe Sherk gets choked out. Sherks ground stuff is great but making these same mistakes over and over again was troubling and i took a late bet on Sherk getting him at 225. Will say this tho he has a great jaw. Those were some big shots. I know he got out of all those chokes and bravo for him but to keep getting in them is a cause for concern.
