5dimes just put up that prop: Silva/Henderson goes 5 rounds: +325

I know Silva is a very dangerous puncher, but Henderson is tough as nails, already went the distance with vicious punchers like Jackson and Wanderlei....

Silva is the favorite, but Henderson - if he is able to keep Silva on the mat - might be able to settle for a decision.

Anyways, I can easily see this fight going the distance.

I'm very fond of overs in boxing, I'm not so sure with MMA, but this line looks good to me.

Any feedback would be apreciated! :)

Line is dropping like the stock market, down to +250 already in less than half an hour. :/

Zer i could see it happening but i couldn't wager that bet. I can't wait for this fight. Im not sure Silva can go 5 rounds and we know Dan can. I just think the style of both fighters will end this somewhere in the late 2nd or early third. Silva to me is a lot more fragile looking then Rampage. I think Dan is gonna take it to him like nobody else. These guys Silva hits all seem to get intimidated. I don't see this happening to Dan. I swore the Lutter fight Silva was so close to being out of it but he somehow survived. Tough call in my opinion.

I don't think he was so close to being out of it. However, I do think he was very close to being in a position to lose the fight.

Lutter, however, had way too many holes in his game to win that fight.

I think Henderson wins this fight by Submission, and it's definately not going all 5 rounds. Such a cooler bet.

Henderson so far has only submitted a single fighter on his resume. Silva has been submitted twice, but never knocked out.

5 out of the last 6 fights of Dan have went the distance.

Silva hasnt shown any stamina issues, yes I know that he has stopped everybody recently, but guys with real stamina issues like Gonzaga usually slow down after one round already....

It's certainly a gamble though...

I just relized it was late and my last post, 1st sentence didn't make much sense.

Basically what I meant was that Lutter had Silva in some tough spots, but to me, Lutter had too many holes in his game, and Silva never looked in trouble to me.

As far as the fight, I just don't see it happening. Going 5 rounds that is. Their styles are so contrasting, yet alone, it's very unlikely these days that fights complete the whole 5 rounds.

This is the fight I've been looking for since the UFC bough Pride. It will be a war. Originally I thought Heno all the way but the Spider is in a zone and he at least has me thinking twice now. If he beats Hendo it will be a very big deal, to me his only step would be to go up in weight.

In my opinion there was a point in the match (that i saw) where Lutter had Silva trapped and was pounding him like the way Hughes had Penn when he beat him. At one point Silva turned his head like he was out. I know because i bet Silva and thought i was finished. Somehow he got out. That is the fight i remember. A few of those illegal elbows Silva delivered when Lutter was in the triangle didn't help Lutters chances or Lutter coming into the match basically gassed from not making weight. Maybe me having money on silva made me think it was worse than it was? Maybe

No no, I think your assesment is accurate. I was just saying Lutter had too many holes(including his cardio), that I didn't think Silva was too bad or gonna lose.

Lutter's ground game is very good, he was just way to sloppy in the fight.
