I believe this is the last fight on his contract. Big fan off his but would like to see him retire after this. The eye damage from the second GSP fight which was in 2010 is still clearly bothering him

"the bunker"
silva + nunes + fili parlay

pays about even money :0008

I like it...I actually had silva and nunes parred with cormier down the road over bader laying 1 to get back roughly .80......I might do yours also.....

I have a few pars going with Frankie edgar as the kicker over faber(parred up with crap like keith Thurman, irish joe duffy/rousey itd/silva/mir doesn`t go the distance/Hendricks..bunch of slap-dash pars)...,...I respect faber, but short of a wacky sub,i don`t see how faber is going to beat edgar in a 5 round fight........he won`t out-grapple him and he certainly shouldn`t outstrike him.....edgar used to fighting stronger guys than faber....and Frankie fighting a guy that doesn`t have a size advantage over him....I`ve been trying to figure why faber took this fight...

maybe I`m wrong...we`ll see...

Ryan LaFlare -155 over Damian Maia: 3.1 units to win 2 units
Erick Silva to win via KO +110 over Josh Koscheck: 0.5 units to win 0.55 units
Gibert Burns/Erick Silva -282: 2 units to win 0.71 units

Don't know much about the first two fights on the card. Liked Cain Carrizosa as he's a Cleber Jiu Jitsu fighter as well, but Mafra is a damn beast and think Cain gets finished in round 1. Dober/Silva going to the distances looks good but that's -220. Souza/Kikuno should be a FOTN candidate with Kikuno having good striking but using his face as defence. :scared

Trinaldo always a beast, reminds me of Tibau, but Arreola has faired well as an underdog (tailed Kickserv last time out for the W). Really want to bet against Godofredo Pepey as this guy is NOT UFC material, but Fili is too wild and has low fight IQ to even consider the 3-1 odds. Nunes should blast Baszler, and Shayna may not have a way to win this fight unless she clenches, wrestles, sub from top - but anyone with a damn base can prevent that from happy. Tony Martin round 1 seems great, but Santos is a beast too - could be another FOTN candidate if Martin doesn't gas.

I`ve heard some folks say they think koschek has a shot vs silva because of the wrestling advantage....I dunno, his legs looked shot vs Ellenberger(really shot.i mean shot way before he got hurt with anything..he was slipping and just looking unsteady)....and they said on the weigh in show that koschek hasn`t trained all that much in prep(to be fair,he only fought 3 weeks ago)...collecting a check?..or was it just a really bad night vs Ellenberger?......silva has alternated wins and losses in his last 9 fights...this would be a loss if the streak holds..kos has to go for the takedown early to give himself confidence and make silva doubt himself...

if silva manages to lose to a washed up kos in bahzeeel, then he may go down as one of the biggest busts in ufc history(I believe his signature win was over Charlie brenneman)......

prop parlay fodder...nunes itd(the newer girls seem to have passed baysler ..she has the subs but not the physicality or athleticism)/burns-oliveira doesn`t go the distance...probably silva itd(you can always hedge with kos at +425)...

feel like there are some wagering opportunities here but it`s such a meh card ....koschek in the co-feature?....this card is like a supernova of insipidness....like an Ishtar/heaven`s gate/battlefield earth triple feature....

Maia is almost 38 and is on a downward fall from the top 10. The first round he will be dangerous but his last good performance was Feb 2013 (Fitch) and his last finish Oct 2012 (Story). LaFlare is 4-0 in the UFC and may try to wear out the older fighter. The longer this goes it will be in his advantage but the odds are good for both fighters

O3.5 rounds -150

Kos/Silva. How quickly Kos has fallen. He can still take Silva down but I doubt he can continue to do it as the fight goes on. That eye is not healed and the explosiveness is gone. It was never going to last in his late 30's. maybe if TRT was legal that would help him. Opponents have to look out for the over-right but it would not be smart to brawl with Silva who is much quicker, younger and explosive. Silva also is better at submissions. I can't figure out why Kos took this fight. Last in his contract and maybe he wanted to finish it or maybe he knows he is on the decline and just bringing in money while he can. Whatever it is this at least on paper at his career stage is a really difficult fight.

U1.5 Rounds -128

Burns/ Oliveria
Burns by Submission -105
World class grappler against an over matched opponent

Freddy Serrano def. Bentley Syler via KO (Punch) R3 1:34

That is a knockout you rarely see at 125 pounds...a full on see you the fuck later knock your head off. I hope Serrano gets a bonus for that.
