The game is at US cellular arena where UWM has moved their home games to off campus this year. My take on this game is one which will be a tale of two halves. UWM the last 8 games have started off the first half slow and been a second half team. Their big concern they have will be to limit UIC from getting offensive rebounds off missed shots. Bailey is great at penetrating down the middle and dishing off. UWM will focus on boxing out UIC and controlling the boards. This will slow down UWM offense in the first half and it will be much more of a half court game. Anyone who is not familiar with the US Cellular arena the rims are not shooter friendly. They are very tight and you will see alot of shots go half way down and pop out. This is a bitter rivalry and these game are offficiated very close if you breathe to hard or look the wrong way at someone the refs will call a foul. Foul trouble will be a main concern for both teams in the second half. We all know defensively players will be less aggresive and this will lead to easy baskets. You can expext at least 40 points to come from the free throw line. UWM has a deeper bench and they are a better free throw shooting team. Banks for UIC is a great shooter but shooters tend to struggle with their shots here that includes McCants. The key to this game is the inside game. I feel my best chances of winning are to play Under 67.5 the first half and Over 144 for the game. As far as the 2 points you are going to have to rely on someone making or missing free throws for you and I am not willing to take that chance.
