Michigan once again is on track for an NIT berth. This is a game Michigan needs to win or at least be competitive if they want to make the NCAA tourney. They have 16 wins and none of them have been against a decent team. This has been the blueprint under Amaker. He cannot coach when it counts. He can coach his guys up against Navy, Wofford and EMU but not a good team like OSU. February usually means crash and burn for UM. Nothing will change tonight. Coach Amaker will be overwhelmed and overmatched again. Oden will kill Simms in the post. This game will not be close, OSU will roll.

Change the name Amaker to Alford and you have the same things going on over in Iowa City. Agree that the Wolverines get blown out tonight. Any chance Mary Sue Coleman and the A.D. show Amaker the door after the season? Don't think it happens to Alford, but one has to have a dream....
