Unibet Shell Game Bonus

Had a melt down tonight, went off on this online book Unibet's supervisor. I had a 25% match offer emailed to me on this garbage site 12 days ago. Small amount only deposited $400 and they added $500. I bet $7,000 worth of bets over that time and had built my account up to $1,100. I logged on this evening and there was only my original deposit left on there for $400, I had no idea why. I called and they said in the fine print I had from 11-23 - 12-1 to 20x that amount , so they took all my profits I had gained . Not sure how off that small amount I could even bet that amount and I've never had rollover bonuses money won taken, just held back to reach the amount which is normally 3-5x . That was my night, I ripped into them after they were unwilling to put that back in my account, I feel like it was stolen , since it was an impossible scenario to fulfill. Anyone here of this shit, I lit the little fucker up , after trying diplomacy tactics and the little sockcocker kept telling me it's in the fine print. x05:

Lol. Yeah I didn't need the $100. Basically I was risking the all the $400 with best scenario of getting back the $400. Doesn't seem like good odds. Fucked up all my plays for tonight, as had limited time with business trip tomorrow. I can't get out of my head that they took me for $700 i won. I blew the other $400 on a tilted rage bet first half, toxic night for me , shocked that furious over those shenanigans... in the realm they can fuck themselves. Thanks for letting me vent

Unibet has been around since 1997, they are now part of the Kindred Group which is a billion dollar company, meaning they not hurting for cash. So yeah I think they can afford to lose some money to you.

But....sadly it is on you, you didn't read the fine print, bonuses like that are almost always "scams", ya gotta read the fine print.

But (another but) you might have a recourse, if you are using them from a location where it is legal, you can always contact the State/Province/Whatever that regulates them and get your "money back" that way. For example that bonus you described above is illegal in the Province of Ontario (Unibet can't do those kind of bonuses in Ontario, they Provincial gov't won't allow it).

Bottom line, it is your fault (no money was stolen from you) for not reading the fine print, but you have a 5 percent chance of having some success if you contact your regulator.

I pissed it way, on retard 1st half utsa play, I couldn't see straight and wanted to double down quickly then again, than call back supervisor and tell him to faaak himself and his fine print for a fifth time, but of course that had no chance of working out. So I missed Utah which I loved, oh well. I'll root you in.

And for what it is worth I have used Unibet since the late 90's and they have always paid me quick (within 24 hours). Of course I never take bonuses so have never dealt with what you had to deal with. There have been some issues here and there with them, but any issue always gets worked out. Of course when you are dealing with a billion dollar company it can get mighty difficult to "cut through the red tape" and get a hold of somebody that can actually do something.



I'll say it again.....contact your regulator, it might work out for you.

5 percent chance isn't worth my time and aggravation, they deserve to be bad mouthed, they know that's garbage bonus, with hidden time period and impossible rollover scenario. I guess I should read the fine print on all my grocery items, but I expect that they won't poison me.
