Anyone made a New Years Resolution that they hope will come true or stick with?....At least for the month of January?

I Did....Mine is I will never not be influenced by the great thrill of having a wager on the game ( Or games ) I am watching....I will simply let them play out and accept the outcome....:popcorn2

( Try to disregard the dbl negative ) :SIB

2016 is going to be MY year. I bought a weight bench, a bike trainer (so I can ride bike inside), and I already have a treadmill. I set myself up in the basement with a little home gym and I have a board with everything I want to do everyday. I'm tracking everything in a composition book and I'm tracking my food also. 2 days in and going strong. [emoji1]

Always start on a Monday unless that Monday is a holiday. Then you start the following Monday. :0008

I need to lose 75lbs..I bought a real nice rowing machine.. Kettler Fav for almost $400 bucks in late November...I was full of motivation and stuff ...I have used it 3 x ...The darn thing is a workout ...

Its definitely not like an exercise bike where you can just lean on the handle bars and peddle for 45 mins..On this rowing machine im lucky to survive a 5 minute cycle...Then need to get up and rest ...do 3 min more etc..all diminishing times...The machine is beautiful and well made i must say ...Computer is all metric(German made ) so only thing i understand is time clock...Looking at it right now its 17 celsius in my room ....lol..Whatever that means !!!
