i noticed when he is in there and i walk in shuts up like a clam looking at me fucking rotten pr or spanish even the neighbor who i talk too say they cant stand him they are also pr or spanish but you wouldnt know it talking to them

like the day it happend it took me 10 mins to find car wtf was he doing sitting there all that time and sis in law opens door wammmmmmmmmm door n fender damged pos walks away n goes in house had to call police to get his ins info

this got nuts because he would not call them they decide to deny the claim
