kevinmac99, my brother, did the honors of setting this thing up for us at Yahoo . So, if you're going to play at Yahoo, you need to sign up now and follow the directions.

Disclaimer: If you use AOL, I don't think you will be able to play through Yahoo but you can always give it a try.

Next, fill out the information for your team name and hit "continue", then "Register My Team".

After that, you're done. The live draft will be held on Sunday, April 7 1:15 PM PT 3:15 CT 4:15 ET

The maximum players is only 20 so get signed up now if you want to play.

Post any questions or comments on this thread. So far only 2 people are signed up. Also, state when you have signed up so we'll know who all is playing.

Back up yall gimme room gimme room! I absolutely hate baseball, would rather watch the grass grow, but I love Fantasy Baseball! Thanks Kmac for setting it up, and thanks Bama for taking the initiative to get the ball rolling!

Another thing guys, you will have to have a Yahoo ID to "sign in" first. If not, you will need to create a Yahoo ID on Yahoo's main page before you can start this league. It's really simple.

wareagle, there's no way I can hold a spot for him so I'm hoping he'll hurry up and get in here and see this. Wait, Bluemound knows his phone #.......give him a call Blue!

There might be a few people left out but the max is only 20 and it's a free league so can't do much about it. Once the league is filled, we'll discuss the remaining inquiries such as $$. :)

Are we going to ante up or anything?

Also is the league going to be scored Roto style or going on points? If points could you list how much or tell me where on the yahoo site I can find that.

Please re-read Monk's post again......lol.......yes it is Roto....just go to yahoo.com then GAMES then at the bottom of the page you will see Fantasy Baseball....click that and then join private league and enter the above ID# and PASS......your all set....If you have any further questions let me know bro......I tried to set it up for 1pm CST but MY dumbass didnt see PST:shrug: .....so we will start a little later than wanting too........

ALSO FOR ALL: If you cant do the live draft but still want to play go head and sign up and then Rank your players i.e. TOP 20 pitchers, 1b, 2b, 3b, etc...........When draft time comes on April 7th, the puter will pick in the order that you ranked the players....also it will ask you for instance, what position do you want to draft for each round....GLA!!!

I just now saw the stuff about money so that was a stupid question.

But what I meant is the scoring system. Roto scoring is where you get points by the ranking of your team in statistical categories, such RBIs, HRs, etc.

Points scoring is where a HR, RBI, SB, etc are worth point values and get points off of that.

That is what I was asking. Do you know which sort of system we are signed up under?
