16-13 ISU about 6:30 to go and both teams not hitting anything as of late.

The game is actually in Louisville. I wouldn't guess many people would be taking a day off of work to travel and see these teams play.

barring overtime the under should come in, heck even with OT it might come in, so I need Ohio to cover the game to make some money on this game.
