My out had about 8 match-ups to choose from. I forced one for a 72 hole m/u.

Armour3 over Baird -110

I can't even tell you why I took this bet. This is one of those "feel it" deals.

Round 1 plays (2pts):

Omar Uresti to beat Chris Stroud -105 @ Five Dimes
Opposing Stroud who has missed 13 of his last 17 cuts and missed the cut here last year; Uresti is not in great form he is a regular in this event and six cuts made out of his last nine is much better than Stroud

Richard S. Johnson to beat Richard Johnson -105 @ Five Dimes
Surely Five Dimes have these players the wrong way around. Richard S. Johnson has a 6-1-1 h2h lead over Richard Johnson this season (7-1-0 in the 1st round) and Richard S. Johnson has made the cut in all five previous appearances in this event, whereas his opponent is making his course debut this week

Skip Kendall to beat Troy Matteson -105 @ Five Dimes
Six top-25 finishes since 1997 show that Kendall does have a good history in this event, even if they were a few years ago, and he should be more confident coming off the Nationwide Tour and a 66 on Sunday than Matteson who is struggling to make cuts on the PGA Tour (four missed cuts in a row) and did miss the cut here last year

Round 2 play (2pts):

John Merrick to beat J.P. Hayes -130 @ Unibet
Opposing Hayes who has missed 13 of 17 cuts this year and after ranking almost last in greens in regulation yesterday will be unlikely to get himself below the cut today

Round 3 plays (2pts):

Richard S. Johnson to beat Nick Flanagan +105 @ Unibet
Brandt Jobe to beat Nick Flanagan -120 @ Five Dimes
Opposing Flanagan, not only because it is difficult to follow up such a low score in the previous round, but because his record in wet weather is not particularly good when compared with Jobe who has averaged less than 69 in the rain since 2004. In terms of Johnson, he has looked very impressive so far, ranking near the top of all the stats categories so far this week, so there is value in these odds

Round 4 plays (2pts):

Jon Mills to beat Gavin Coles -120 @ Five Dimes
Opposing Coles who has yet to break 70 in the three occasions that he has held the lead with 18 holes to play. This looks to be the perfect situation for Mills: one shot off the lead and playing in the final group

Ken Duke to beat Tim Herron -110 Five Dimes
Easy to back the lesser-known player who lies one shot off the lead and ranks 4th in greens in regulation against a player who lies mid-table with no chance of victory and rank almost last in greens in regulation so far this week
