By all means this is NOT advertisement. Hope I won't get bashed this time. It can't be advertisement anyway since the sportsbook I'm about to mention seems to no longer exist.

I had 4$ left in my account with BetQuick (guess I'm lucky in a certain way) as I hit a bad streak with this book back 6 months ago and never refilled, so it doesn't bother me much. But here's what it says when you reach the BetQuick.com main page:

f*ck PoizonBOx


What scares me here is if this book had to close - temporarily or forever go figure -because of - seems to be - US laws and / or a group of crackers, then some other online books may experience the same problems in a near future...

That is one betquick I dont remember seeing. Of course some one like me who offers only advise and does not play. Does not know much. Where they from?

I think they are located in the Philippines. I remember that one day when I called them a year ago .. was just looking for a free 15$ (a line was incorrect) and since they didn't accept the long distance fees, the call cost me 10$. Big Deal... Maybe they just weren't serious enough, and looks like I made the right decision to not refill after my bad beat, but after seeing something like this, it just makes you think...

Philippines, could be. They have folks there that dislike us very much. So the slogan Fu?? USA Gov, has a ring to it. Part of the reason they have problem with us is. There Gov has made many deals with our Gov over the years. Many people there been led to believe these were not in there best interest. So no surprise. Believe this may be isolated case.

It really ticks me off when I see things like that. These guys just don't have anything else to do...

BTW it seems like too many people still use the word "hackers" to designate those people. The difference between the hacker and the cracker is that the first one has the knowledge and only uses it to counter the crackers while the 2nd one uses the knowledge for destructive purposes.
