Dallas, no kidding. Looks like I'll be getting some honey do's done tomorrow instead of glued to the coverage.

Baddeley shoots even par the first round and also shoots even par on the harder back 9 of the second round.

He then misses an 8 foot birdie putt, misses the 3 1/2 foot par putt coming back and the wheels COME COMPLETELY OFF>

So even par on the first 27 holes including the harder 18 holes back nine.

Then SEVEN OVER on his last SEVEN holes to miss the cut and meltdown like a little bitch.

get the violin ready.

Scott bogeys the last to miss the cut.

O hern up 3 with 1 to go and here comes the rain delay on the last hole. Luckilly, he needs birdie to make the cut otherwise he'd just wd. Hmm.. we'll see how this somehow manages to lose.

On the course!
I think taking a stab at the Field +225 is worth it.

He's young, and this is a course that can bite you in the ass at any time.

He loses two shots tomorrow, and Yang picks up two, and it's a two stroke lead starting out on Sunday.

Was thinking along the same lines, so went with yang +800

open has turned into a john deere classic this year :popcorn2 :popcorn2

agreed joz, kind of embarrassing if you ask me

and nbc's coverage sucks - taped it yesterday and tried to stay away from results - watched the coverage last night and not once, NOT ONCE, did they show the full field scores - the most that they showed was the 1st 2 pages of leaderboard, and late in the coverage showed the 1st 4 or 5 places - what the f is up with that?

Worst US Open I have ever seen. The kid is playing great, but when you have 20 players under par, I really don't think he needs to start sucking his own dick just yet.

Also, whether you like Tiger or not, this is still not as impressive YET, because not only was Tiger -12; the runners-up were Jimenez and Ernie - AT +3.

Now, if the kid drops a 65 and gets to -20, then he can make a case. Also, I sure as hell hope he doesn't start messing with his damn swing like Eldroid. Maybe some of the young American idiots can learn something from his swing, instead of the apparel.

exactly!! why is it that no one in the media is making this point???

yes Rory is lapping the field, and yes he has been dominant, but many in the field are under par - nothing like Tiger dominating a REAL US Open track with all other players over par

and to cut the USGA some slack, they cannot help that rain has come in and softened the course making it play easier - but the real problem is that the rough is a joke - where is the old-school US Open style rough? seeing too many good shots out of the supposed thick stuff

and....................

i keep hearing the usga talking heads blaming the easy conditions on the rain

well then why in the fuck are you moving the tee boxes up so far???????????? just heard that the box on 18 was moved up 72 YARDS!! yesterday - and all the par 5's were way up a well

so as they continue to sit around and blame the weather, why is no one in the media asking them why in the hell they are moving the tees so far up??????????

this makes my blood boil - this is my favorite tournament of the year almost every year and the USGA is making a mockery of it and they don't even seem to care
