Well no-one else was going to start the damn thread......

Hee-Won Han has been going well for me this year, so will take some of the 80/1 on offer (Surrey, Centrebet)

Obviously we're all waiting for you to price up Boris! Where are those Senior prices btw!!?

Not quite the biggest outright bet ever for me, but certainly the biggest possible returns ever!

Lorena Ochoa....have backed her at 150/1 and 80/1...as low as 40/1 in places...she could be less than 10/1 here next year. Put simply, she could dominate the tour in the same way as Annika and Webb have done in recent years. As an amateur she was incredible and her string of victories earlier this year, in amateur and college golf almost became an urban myth, with the number getting bigger week by week! Think it was about 8 in the end. After turning pro she's finished 1st and 2nd on Futures Tour and won her qualifier by two shots. If she perfoms as I hope she does, she will not be value again for ages. This may be the only chance to back her at a decent price.....the 80/1 at Victor Chandler is still an excellent price

Seems rather boring to go for Juli Inkster at 18/1 after Ochoa, but she seems to peak for majors and played well last week...20/1 is available, but Hills offer five places.

Carin Koch kept me out of trouble last week and I got 66/1 yesterday at SIAS...50/1 is ok, but the best five place price is 40, which is disappointing.

Grace Park...so, did she bend her putter on purpose last week to justify her withdrawal? Who knows, but 40/1 seems fair enough to me.

Fingers crossed...hope you don't get too bored, Hack!! BTW, Kuehne rumoured to be upset by suggestions that she has piled on the pounds this year!

Clive.Bored yes.
Basically it comes down to just me being ignant when it comes to the LPGA.

Here`s the goods for this weekend.
Mike Weir at +220 over Leonard and Gossett for rnd. one.
Thurston Howell the 3rd at -110 over Choi.(72 holes)
Scott Choke at -115 over Estes.(72holes)

Clive, good luck to ya mate on your selections.

P.S. I can definitely think of a way to help miss Kuehne shed a few pounds:D

I can't believe this....This is some of the funniest stuff I've seen for a while :D

Within an hour I've seen a ball land 20 metres short and roll into a bunker on a par 3. (Lopez?)

Webb had a 30 foot putt slanting heavily left.....she hits it about 10 forward and 10 right!

Someone's third shot on a par 4, 160 out and tops a 5 wood and dribbles it to about 50 short

Surely you blokes cannot seriously be betting on this!

Hell, if it wasn't for Carin Koch, Beth Bauer or Janice Moody's breasts, I wouldn't even be watching it

MrChristo,

US Open courses for the men & the women are set up to be absolute bastards... plenty of the guys get embarrassed in the big events, don't judge the skills of the ladies purely on one event on a brutal course. Having seen them up close, the difference isn't that great, apart from length which isn't the be-all and end-all of the game.
