Just got back from the pub. My buddies and I met at 4:55 am at a local to watch the game. It was packed! They weren't serving alcohol yet, so I went back home to grab some nectar for the Bloody Mary's.

WHAT A MATCH! Bruce Arena is definitely the best thing to happen to American soccer. He had those guys (young and old) believing they could win.

This is in no way to piss anyone off who had the other side. I am just having a great time today.

Now I just have to make it past noon!

Next up: The hometown boys. We better forget about today's game and get ready for a speed match with the Koreans. Should prove to be a very entertaining match with both teams coming off big emotional victories. Crowd will be electric.

I know I woke up my neighbors above me on the 3rd US goal...I felt bad for maybe a split second...:( But then it was back to celebrating!!!!!:D  :D

The other two goals it was something like this...

First goal...Still rubbing the eye boogers out...Am I dreaming?

Second goal...After the cross was deflected, it looked like it was going over the end line. I was like - Hey Allright!! Cool. Still can't believe the US is up 2-0

Third one, like I said, woke the neighbors up.

What a morning.

Usually, I'm not in a rush for Mondays but this week is different

I felt like an idiot waking up at 4:00 AM and had the score not been 1-0 when I turned it on, I might even have gone back to bed. Those last twenty minutes took forever. What a great time to be a gambler. Going to bed at 11:30 after the White Sox game and getting up four hours later. It feels like Vegas.
