USA wins World Junior gold medal vs Canada !!!!!

What a game! 1-0 in shootout as Terry scores only goal.
Poor Canada losing at home to upstart Americans.
There's always tennis and dogsledding.
All joking aside both teams played very well. The goalkeepers were amazing.

The World Junior Champs were back in January, I have no clue what this thread is about, seriously no clue.

And Canada had 11 players that could have played in that game but they didn't play because they were in the NHL, if Canada had full team Canada would have won by about twenty goals.

Look at what happened in World Juniors when the NHL was on strike, that tournament was so one sided, Canada could have won without even wearing skates:142smilie

First off hockey is the greatest sport on earth, no other sport comes close, by far the greatest sport to watch live, just an amazing sport full of greatness.


But agree....in International Hockey competitions (sanctioned by IHHF) they have that dumb shoot-out rule, it is beyond stupid, shoot-outs should never happen in any sport, it is just dumb.
