USC?Notre Dame total....

I'm new and learning to the handicapping game but....is this not a tad heavy????
The Notre Dame backers better hope the total doesn't even get anywhere CLOSE to this number if they expect an upset...or even a cover. I considered playing Notre Dame for a small wager but this total blows my mind! And its going up???? How can I not play the under? Please fellas.... help me out. :shrug:

USC knows that they can beat anyone ....anytime. This leads to some letdowns as evidenced the last couple of weeks. I don't know about this total for sure but I do believe that SC will throttle ND.......they are reading all this hype about an upset. If I had to beat this total......I would say, bet the over. Whatever the number.

Don't want to put words Irish's mouth .....but I think that he means that there are much easier totals and sides to bet this weekend

FWIW, I think the odds are pretty good that both teams score in the 40's.
