Okay, If there ever was a chance for a BOMB in a race this is it...
In my opinion Gary Contessa couldn't train a winning horse if it was a three horse field and he was the trainer of all of them..
He has already put 50+ horses on the track with about a 9% win percentage (WOHOO)
The 5th at The Big A today is bottom of the barrel turfers (and I mean Bottom) Contessa puts a field of three in a 35000 claiming race (should earn a big payday there) All of these horses have at a run at the turf but 2, one is Contessa's which he has entered MTO. The other is the #11 Note to Jamie.
Note to Jamie at 50-1 morning line and catches my eye for a couple reasons,
1, She's not trained by Contessa.
2, Enrique Arroyo is a 25% grass trainer (with not much horse flesh to work with)
3, Note to Jamie has Never ran on the grass but has done her best on an off track (indicates to me may like the turf) This horse hasn't even trained on the grass and may run away with it on an off track.
4, Note to Jamie Dam has had 4 of her offspring run on the turf with 3 of them winners.
So it's BOMBS AWAY at 50-1!!!!!
