I thought these guys were suspended from the PGA and were not able to play these events especially the majors. I guess I have it wrong?

Oh, I do remember hearing that it's up to the individual major tournaments whether or not to let them play. It's not a PGA decision. Phil has a lot of nerve to play this week, IMO. Not a good look for him. Maybe I'll change my mind.
