I love WAC football, perenial losers every year.
I think that Utah St. just had its season with that win as a 28 pt dog against Fresno. Back to Reality. San Jose St. is off a bye and Coach Dick Tomey has the Spartans excited. The talent gap is huge and experience on the line favors SJ St big time, and what better team to letdown but the Aggies. Fast approaching game of the year status and who knows how much weed were going to have to smoke.:weed: I think the question is whether or not Utah St. will be able to put up their share. They've been held to a TD once and shut out 3 times so far this year. They scored a season high 21 points vs. Idaho and not much else worth mentioning. Utah St. has given up 38 points+ in 4 of 6 games so far this season and recently they gave up 41 @ Idaho. The last couple of games SJ St. has played vs. teams with weak offenses they've given up an avg. of 8.5 PPG
A couple of trends:
Spartans are 19-2 ATS in their last 21 games after accumulating more than 280 yards passing in their previous game.
Spartans are 9-1 ATS in their last 10 games as a favorite.
Spartans are 6-1-1 ATS in their last 8 games after allowing less than 170 yards passing in their previous game.
Spartans are 6-1 ATS in their last 7 games as a home favorite.
Spartans are 12-4 ATS in their last 16 home games vs. a team with a losing road record.
Spartans are 9-4 ATS in their last 13 games after allowing less than 20 points in their previous game.
Spartans are 17-8-1 ATS vs. a team with a losing record.
