yes, sjsu sucks, but...

they have hung tough at home, when rested, against far better competition than UTEP (SMU and Hawaii), and off of 2 roadies, I see them winning here against a very poor road team in UTEP.
SJS also lost by only one at UTEP a few weeks ago, so I see revenge playing some motive here, as well.

I took UTEP here at Pick'em, looked like a good value to me. I didn't see the game, but judging by the box score the first half and second half must have looked completely different.
