UWM +13.5 donot be surprised to see Panthers win this game. Arizona -9 over Marquette. Diener will have problems with turning over the ball against quicker more athletic AZ.

contrast of styles is what scares me in the wisconsin game. panthers are a live dog, but they dont make any commitment to defense and they are not the most disciplined team. badgers plodding style could be trouble for them. i prefer to play uwm when their opponent is more uptempo. i see youre from milwaukee so im sure you have seen both teams many times. every time i see uwm in cleveland i draw the same conclusion -- nice team, but vulnerable to disciplined teams. they had stretches in the ncstate game where they were clueless when it comes to defending backdoor cuts and flex screens.

You are absolutely right on about UWM defense. However this game means much more to them and they will be playing with a chip on their shoulder. Lot of these players know each other and players on UWM will have a little more motivation and attitude on defense. According to Pearl they are way ahead of schedule offensively but behind defensively. Look for Dylan Page to be a factor in this game offensively and on the defensive end. UWM is going to push the ball and take it right at the badgers and try to force them into an uptempo game.Coach Pearl has them ready and believes the early 11am start will be to their advantage. He also promised that if they win he will be buying shots at Hooligans Milwaukee east side bar on Saturday night. Can't beat that incentive.

Bo Ryan won't let the Badgers overlook a game like this. Everyone who's a college hoops fan knows that UWM should've beat Notre Dame last year in the tourney, so that should help any Wisky over-look. +13.5? Perhaps. But certainly not outright. This game certainly means a lot to the UWM players but guys like Harris and Owens are also from Milwaukee, so it means a lot to them as well, not to mention the fact that Bo used to coach this team. Also, can't overlook the home-court advantage of the Kohl Center, which has been a gold mine in the last couple of years.

Getting 13.5 in this game is like getting an early Christmas gift....Bruce is going to have his boys pumped up for this game....Had a decent road win at Valpo, great game by the way...Marquette struggled to beat Valpo on their home court....The Panther's road trip is winding down and I see no reason that the team will not be pumped for this game...EASY FRICKING COVER
