Round 1 play (2pts):

Bo Van Pelt to beat Martin Laird +110 @ 5Dimes
After lots of early season promise, Van Pelt was very pleased with how his game was coming together last week - he was only one shot off the lead when he walked off the 15th green on Sunday. Quite a contrast to Laird who has been in great form recently - 10th, 5th and 1st before the Masters - but he has had just one week off in the last five weeks. It is even more tiring that he has been in such contention and last week he was again in contention, but faltered in the final round when he was paired with Tiger Woods. He is making his debut on this course and this looks like the week for a letdown, unlike Van Pelt who is fresher, played well here last year and is coming off a Sunday charge.

Did anyone happen to catch Kevin Na's 15 on hole 9? Looked like an amateur for 10 minutes :mj07: :mj07:

He hit his tee ball way right into the woods, and took an unplayable and went back to the tee. then hit it there again, he got pissed off and instead of tee'ing it again, he tried to hit the ball in an impossible spot and hit it backwards. then lost his mind and just started hitting over and over and barely advancing the ball :0002 :0002

Round 2 play (4pts):

J.B. Holmes to beat Ryan Palmer -111 @ Bet365
Plenty of reasons to back Holmes in this matchup. He is playing far better than Palmer - Holmes is a perfect 4-0 against him this year and 14-6 against him since the start of last season - and he has an impressive record on this course - he held the sole lead after 54 holes on this course last year, but struggled from the very first hole in the final round. Currently in 14th place and just three shots off the lead, he should fancy his chances this week.
