In an attempt to prevent guests from gambling too much when they are drunk, Nevada?s gaming statutes say casinos can?t allow people who are ?visibly intoxicated to participate in gaming activity.?

They do a fine job here.

?The more difficult question is when you have someone coming in and they are using edibles and nobody can detect it,? Burnett said. ?And then there?s the possibility of a patron dispute because someone was too high to gamble.?

Getting stoned and going into casinos is great! All the bright lights and noises are a lot of stimulation. But I can't imagine them ever letting smoking inside, the smell would be too much of an issue. I also can't imagine what a "patron dispute" under these circumstances might look at, but if Casinos manage to work out how to deal with people on other drugs, or on prescription painkillers, I'm sure the weed thing will be OK.
