Curious and interested in investing in a condo/high rise in vegas am looking at Panorama Towers. Fletch or anyone else in vegas what's your opinion on these new high rises popping up all over town my plan is to buy and rent out for about 10-15 years then use it for myself and family when I get close to retiring and want to spend a few months a year in vegas. Better off with a tower or single family home??
