called to see what kind of damage the wallet would sustain by signing another 2 year contract with Verizon.......expected a Comcast level butt reaming and a long drawn out hassle regarding price increases and loss of certain services unless I paid through the nose(I have a long history of knock down drag out phone battles with Comcast).....

shockingly,i kept the same exact service for 10 bucks less (and my blood pressure didn`t move a millimeter)....

I've been happy with them for the most part :toast::toast:

Call to complain about services outages and they'll give you credit too. The company I work for uses them and I use them personally, they have been all right - not perfect. Then again, none of the internet companies are perfect. Dealing with Comcast was a nightmare for me when I used them.
