...under Denny Green are 8-1 SU.

Philly is the better team right now. They are at home. But something Denny does during the bye week makes me wanna

Play Minnesota +175

Good luck.

That is a great trend. It seems to do well throught the league also. Some coaches are good and some suck off the bye. I was on Philly big time before your post. I do still love the over.

yes, but they were 8-1 under green going into the bye week and then they got smoked by tampa bay two weeks ago. its a fluke in my opinion. hope it works out for you, i'm a vikes fan!!

Moss will not run hard on this carpet. Too afraid of blowing out his knee. Carter is old and can't get seperation any more. No 3rd receiver for Culpepper. No way they run the ball at all against Philly line. Vikes still have no defense. McNabb very hard to prepare for. Clubhouse in trouble. Stringers wife could not wait until after season to start the lawsuit. But the biggest reason to go against the vikes is this:

Eagles are the most physical team in league. They love to beat on you. They gang tackle like no other team. Vikings are the softest team around. Line them up with a team that will smash them in the mouth and they back away. Eagles will take away their fight early.

The bad thing about playing the Vikings is It seems to me that if they get behind they give up and start bickering between themselves. Don't like to bet a team that quits. Takes away a chance for a back door cover.

I think the 8-1 the week before a bye was a useless trend. I can't see any advantage for a team's strategy going in to a bye week. Maybe they play a *little* more agressive thinking they have an extra week to heal.

Coming out of a bye week is different. I think the best contrarian view is that, with only 9 samples, it's not a solid statistical advantage. For example, what was the strength of their opponents in those 9 games? Were the games vs. the stronger teams at home?

Anyway, I think it's worth a small bet following the trend after the bye week. I don't consider the week before the bye week a trend at all.

Good luck.
