I have used them in the past and liked the various lines they offered, but I gotta say that really sucks. I am sure they will defend by saying, hey it's in the rules and posted for all to see, yada, yada, yada. I just think an e-mail a day prior would have been nice, hell you may have thrown them some action to keep from losing the points, now you'll never use them, seems like they lose in the deal as well.

We are cleaning house ahead of the end of the year, and any account that has not had a single dollar bet in it for 180 days or more has had its Rewards points removed. We actually say we will do this after 30 days, but we contact the players, continue to send them our newsletters and information, and then if they still do not play, we feel it only fair to remove this liability on our books.
Bearing in mind that every 1,000 points is worth $2 in gaming money, this guy lost about $26.50 in casino cash.

If he would like to consider playing with us again, he can do so, and re-deposit and play. He will then earn new points, and if he contacts us, we will (as a gesture to him, and ALL Mad Jack readers) reinstate the missing points.

Hey im not trying to be a problem, but it would have been nice to of been notified before the fact. And 1000 points = $2 in gaming. Shit I remember back when i cashed in a 1,000 points and was rewarded with and extra $100 in my sportsbook account. Myabe it was not 1,000 i could have been rewarded, but I KNOW for sure it's more that 26.50. In the past Ive had much much less in points and been gifted $50 and $100 into my sportbook account.

Have never ever had a problem getting paid from these guys. have had an account their for about 5 years now. Free Neteller Payouts whenever you want.

All i said was it would have been nice if i would have been notified before the FACT.

I got the same e-mail...

and I can say 2 things..


1. I AINT NEVER GOIN BACK THERE cuz

2. I used to get 4500+ plus points in one week playing the poines over there....

I lost AT LEAST 10X your 13000 in points as I never cashed em in except for a calendar last year (with some real hogs in it at that...)

That's really too bad too as I like the free Neteller in and out without having bonuses attached that I had to wait 30 days with and do 3 cartwheels and a somersault before I could claim it as mine..

I also had an affiliate account where I used to make about $50/month on, and when they changed over to 'new software' or some other bullshit, I lost 4 months of my info and it never tabulated after that as all my guys that signed up through the OLD system were lost...

They were one of my top 2 or 3 books..

I guess I'll have to take applications for that spot now !
