Is anyone having problems getting on to VIP, have been trying for about 4 hours now off and on and ther still down? I only ask. because i've been with these guys for about 2 years now and have never had a problem.

They claim a major server failure and say it will be another 1 - 2 hours (as of 7:00a CST) to get it fixed. They can't even give you numbers or take action over the phone right now.
I told them this is the second time in 2 weeks I have had problems getting on. They said, it must have just been busy last week. What's the difference to me!!!! If I can't get on, I can't get on!!
