Virus Alert

I have been recieving a virus lately that Notons has been picking up fortunately but just received it in attachment from Madjacks Sports and know is was not sent by Jack on purpose anyway so doing this alert in case it mails everyone in his listing which it probably will.

wayne, the only email i sent was about the contest. that virus makes it 'appear' that someone else sent it. unless it was about the contest with the heading "$30,000 NFL Contest is set", i didn't send it. i scan with Norton every night and it scans every email I get as well. do you really think it was me and do you have any other info?

i'm a little concerned. DTB, again, the only email i sent was about the contest. i sent about 4000 on tuesday and the same on wednesday. there was no attachment. i get at least 25-30 of those 'klez' viruses sent each day and my virus scanner zaps them as they come in. i've gotten plenty from regulars that i email with all the time and i know they didn't send any. i've gotten a few from ironlock and kosar lately and didn't even mention to them i got it because i know they didn't send it.

norton anti virus says my machine is clean and i have all the current updates. what was the subject of the email you received from me?

did anybody else get one that looked like it was from me?

what's going on here?

Jack I sent you another email. It appears I may have been isolated case and I wish I had not zapped it out so quick and emptied deleted folder as I should have looked at address it came from.No prob but I thought it may have attached to your email list as I caught it just after in came to my box and thought I may save others.--but again it appears I may be isolated case.
Wierd shit but I knew it was not from you of course.

thanks for letting me know. you can't be too safe with all this crap going on. i get a lot of those things too. i hear it's only going to get worse before better.

i'm still going to check around and see what's going on.
