"the bunker"
"In March, Ms. Todd was asked to leave a grass-roots group of Ron Paul supporters in Brazos County, Texas, group leader Dustan Costine said. He said Ms. Todd posed as a supporter of former Arkansas governor and presidential candidate Mike Huckabee and called the local Republican committee seeking information about its campaign strategies.

?She would call the opposing campaign and pretend she was on their campaign to get information,? Mr. Costine said last night. ?We had to remove her because of the tactics she displayed. After that we had nothing to do with her.?

About a month earlier, he said, Ms. Todd sent an e-mail to the Ron Paul group saying her tires were slashed and that campaign paraphernalia had been stolen from her car because she supported Mr. Paul.""

this loon should be locked up for falsifying a report and made to pay restitution in the amounts of all the police work that was done in man hours to look into and unravel this frivilous story, wasting time on thiings like this could of caused someone to really have a true crime committed against them. I'll be glad once this is done and over as this election has so many strange turns and twist hopefully the nation can unite and move forward under our new president and reach the level of dignity that it once was know for.

Weasie, I have never been able to figure out your disdain for Paul. Please use this link and tell me which of his stances on the issues you disagree with.

O or McC will continue to spend us into oblivion. Paul was the lone candidate who stood for true change. Because most of us are afraid of change, Paul stood no chance.

Ron Paul - goodest.
Barack Obama - gooder.
Joe Biden - good.
Grumpy McSame - bad.
Wasilla Barbie - worse.
Dick Cheney - worser.
Dubya - worsest.
:mj06:

Actually, the bottom four are pretty much interchangeable.

Scary, but a buddy of mine said stated like we all did the B was backwards and then preceded to state she did it herself while looking in a mirror... and the B was to perfect to be the work of a petty robber. It would have been angular from quick slashes...

Whoever cut the B had a lot of time, and little defensive movement...

Kind of scary....

Yeah, I don't get the glee in which some people dumped on Ron Paul.

Here was a guy who was enthusiastic about changing things in this country. He was enthusiastic about a smaller government, smarter financial planning, reduced government in our social lives, less foreign intervention etc.

Sure, you might not have agreed with a lot of his positions, but the fact of the matter is he energized a lot of people who have felt marginalized for a long time. What is wrong with that?

The guy seemed to have a genuine desire to improve the country, and seemed pretty articulate. For this we slam him?

This is why the two-party system is endlessly f'ed up. Any views that stray from a conceived mainstream within the parties is considered crazy and therefore dismissed. This just leads to a large chunk of voters (tax payers/citizens/friends) to just give up on the whole system.

Mission accomplished?

racist supporters? I'll take your word on that, but don't all candidates have racist supporters?

isolationist? he probably supported free international trade

troofer? I don't know what that means, but I think I did some of it this weekend. :scared

He was the only republican shouting limited government spending and taxes... how convenient he ended up being an extremist, that way government spending can continue to soar under either party; with no dissenting voice.
