Credit Leftwich, because he has thrown very well. His receivers are letting him down BIG TIME though. V-Tech is not the type of team you want to make mistakes against because they thrive when playing on a short field. With their specials teams and quickness on defense, there is no margin for error.

This game can easily get out of hand as it is on the cusp right now, but if the receivers on Marshall could hold onto the ball, this game is tight. His receivers have been able to get some separation so the second half line is going to be interesting. I could totally see Marshall making a little run in the 2nd half.

Continue to be impressed by Byron. Sort of think FG was the right call there. Getting some pts on the board would have been a confidence boost. (Then again, that kicker's foot injury may have been why they didn't kick it.)

TCSN-was not aware of the the bad wheel.....is there only one kicker?your right it wasnt a sure thing as i may have sounded....but do think you got to try it anyway....odds are they're not going to block 2 in a row....you need to get something on the scoreboard just for attitude and morale....just my thoughts...:shrug:

Well I'd agree chances are against 2 kicks being blocked in a row but that is with a normal team but this is VT plus it looks like it wasn't an actual block but the kicker hitting the back of one of the OL with it being so low.
