Wager Question/Help

I am curious about a wager i made at fanduel. Sunday at the half of the Raiders game, they had a prop bet for how many yards Jimmy G would end up with. I bet the over. Turns out Jimmy G was on his way to the hospital and never played the second half. Shouldn't that be a push? I mean they put out a wager that was impossible to win. I have run the course with what passes for their customer service but they insist it is a loss? Am i crazy? Thanks in advance.
