wagering question

Not used to wagering soccer. An example of the lines I'm seeing:

Argentina +100
England +290
draw +210

also at the same place, on the same game:

Arg. -.5 +113
Eng +.5 -123

My question is that if I want to wager Argentina to win the game, I can either bet +100, or -.5 +113.
Aren't these the same thing, so wouldn't I want the +113?

Take the -0.5(+113) if that's the side u like. The 3-ways are often listed just as: +100/+290/+210. But that really is:

Arg(-0.5) +100
Eng(-0.5) +290
DRAW +210
