Whatever your problem with wagerstreet is..and i really am not interested in it after this post....your ignorance is only overshadowed by your undauntness....

To brand the Aboriginal Natives or so how you eloquently put it "Indian" Run Joke is like slapping the Native people and their land ....be it Costa Rica w/ Hispanics, Natives on Curacao or whatever or wherever....right in the face!

The Kahnawake Gaming Commission provides bandwidth and isp capabilities for the sportsbooks and casinos located on their territory...nothing else.....they are not involved w/ the sportsbooks themselves.....

Hopefully you can call Bob( Manager) tomorrow and get your problems solved as quickly as possible...but to come on to the fourm w/ racial remarks is uncalled for.....

But...hey.... after witnessing the posts over the last 2 years on all public forums im not surprised anymore ......reminds of an old saying that can be attributed to forums these days......

Wise men talk because they have something to say; fools talk because they have to say something.

I share your frustration of moving money i really do........but the point of bringing up racial slurs....again is uncalled for....

beertime - I'm not gonna tell you what I think about your "Indians" remark as I think IE spoke for everybody here, but believe me, Wagerstreet is one of the best and trustable online book you'll ever find. I talked with the manager a couple of times and he was nothing but a class-act. I even asked him to talk a bit slower than usual because of my limited english knowledge (more pronounced at the time) and that's what he did and I understood every single word of what he said. I also usually have a good feeling for detecting crooks by the voice's intonation, and then again, believe me, this guy is NOT one.

As for the scanned pics, well it's just a way to protect BOTH yourself and themselves... I understand your frustration as I'm also a bit annoyed every time I have to send extra proofs of my identity, but after all, it's for your own security. If you don't like the policy you can always use NeTeller as they're accepting it.

No offense here btw. Just that I know for a fact that you're dead wrong when you mention the "indian run joke" thing. This book is in my top 3 along with WSEX and another one I won't mention for obvious reasons.

You might want to sign up with Neteller.com
....I think that will ease your frustrations,
as for myself, after going 3-9 in college FB
the last two weeks, I'm going to stick with
my NFL teasors for a while and lay off NCAA,
seems to be the only thing working for me right now...Good Luck with what ever you do..

Beertime,

I won't even respond to your racial connotations -

As for the requirement for identification - You are only required to send us the information once to verify your credit card, if you feel this is an inconvenience, you are not required to make the deposit via credit card, we accept several other methods of payment (none of which require any verification) - including:

Western Union
Bank Wire
Cashiers Check
Neteller
Paypal

etc etc,

This is simply a fraud prevention method and we apologize for the inconvenience but since we have instituted this policy our fraud and chargeback ratio has declined significantly.

For those who are unwilling or unable to provide a copy of their credit card as well as another piece of identification the solution is simple, do not deposit via credit card, use paypal or neteller - both are online and both are fast.

As for us being a pain in the ass to move money, I disagree - we are one of the few books that can pay you out via next day fedex, and the mail service from canada is significantly quicker than the Carribean - Obviously our site is one of if not the fastest loading gaming site on the net - so your comments puzzle me somewhat.

If you would like to discuss this matter further, feel free to contact me personally at 1-888-628-2873

Regards

Bob www.wagerstreet.com

They remain my favorite offshore. If I could only do business with one book, Wagerstreet would be the one. This is actually the 1st complaint that I've heard, and to tell ya the truth, I still don't know what type of problems you are having...
