Does anyone know the weekly or monthly limit on withdrawals to Paypal before a service charge of $15 is added? Thanks.

We used to provide free paypal and visa/mc w/ds but what would happen is people would deposit 300 one day, take it out the next and deposit again the following day, after awhile we analyzed the profitability of those scenarios we realized that we were holding roughly 5-6% and paypal or visa/mc were getting 5% plus a 10% reserve.
Unfortunately the "churn" rate that alllows us to grind away 4.55% on each straight bet is negated if a person continuously makes payouts and deposits using the same money over and over again.
