March Madness Bracket Contest is up and running, FREE for all our active members.
contest rules:
1. The March Madness Tournament Contest starts on Monday March 13th and closes on Thursday March 16th with the start of the 1st game.
All entries after this point will be considered void.
2. All times, unless otherwise stated, are measured in Eastern Standard Time (EST).
3. There will be only 1 bracket that will award the Top 10 Players.
4. Tournament Bracket Contest is free to all active customers, an active customers is a customer with an active funded acct.
5. Each individual bracket will award the Top 10 Players.
1st place $3000
2nd place $2000
3rd place $1500
4th place $800
5th place $700
6th place $600
7th place $500
8th place $400
9th place $300
10th place $200

6. Prizes will be given to the contestants who score the most points choosing the winners of each of the tournament games from March 16th to April 3rd 2006.
7. Points are allocated as such:
Tournament Bracket
1 point for every correct answer in Round of 64.
3 points for every correct answer in Round of 32.
5 points for every correct answer in Sweet Sixteen
7 points for every correct answer in Elite 8.
9 points for every correct answer in the Final Four
11 points if you have picked the Championship Winner.
A total of 177 possible points.
8. The tiebreaker is the total number of points scored in the Championship Game - the Final Game- without exceeding the number. The second tiebreaker is the person who submitted their completed form first. Ties on individual placing are determined by the time the form was submitted as well.
9. All results are posted and visible throughout the tournament for all players to view on the Results Page.
10. There will also be one Grand Prize awarded. The grand prize is ONE MILLION DOLLARS (US $1,000,000) and it will be given to the person who correctly guesses every winning team.
11. In order to qualify for the $1,000,000 prize all tournament games must be played.
12. The grand prize shall be paid in 20 annual installments. The first installment of $50,000 shall be paid within 7 working days of the posting of the results. Each subsequent payment of $50,000 will be paid once a year for 20 years.
